It is, at worse, a severe personality disorder. To support a paedophile is not illegal  and is equivalent to supporting a depressive, in medico-legal terms. This is only one aspect of my website. I am a researcher and student in Law and Criminology, and research  all aspects of human sexuality and the impact on criminal activity. 30/05/05 MBS? has had many offers of re-hosting over the last few days.  It would have been so simple to have moved too an unassailable position. However, this issue is far to big for this. Up to this point, the host of MBS? (iPower) have been very supportive, and brought us back after numerous DDOS attacks etc. However, with recent events, they seem to be  experiencing some difficulty. Not only that, AOL also closed my account, which contained all my leisure and business email accounts and webpages. There was nothing illegal, in any jurisdiction, on MBS? or in the AOL account (I have been a customer for many years). The reason offered by the AOL switchboard (they would not let me speak with ‘Security’), was that a ‘webpage’ (which was a copy of the temporary homepage, given at the link below) was present which linked to a sexually-explicit website (MBS?). Readers will know the reality of that claim - I will be writing to them, very soon. So, readers ... this is not about a website relocation - that would be too easy. This is about contractual obligations and, in fact, the very basis of the American Constitution and basic Human Rights. The Mad, Bad or Sad? site was run by teacher Nigel Oldfield, who was jailed for eight months for downloading child porn. It advised paedophiles on how to escape prosecution. We revealed last Sunday how Oldfield, 44, was running it from his flat in Doncaster, South Yorks - and its US service provider iPowerweb axed it on Wednesday. Shy Keenan of Phoenix Survivors, which helps sex abuse victims, said: "Congratulations to the Sunday Mirror." The Sunday Mirror, 29/5/5, Page 31.   Well, how odd, because here we are - still hosted by iPower. I guess the problem is regarding the Mirror as a ‘News’-paper. OK, I let it be with The Mirror, but now you have now libelled me, twice, using a number of incorrect claims and character slurs. I will now be reporting you to the PCC and writing to the editor, demanding a correction or retraction. Although it is mildly irritating, knowing that MBS? is legal, under every international jurisdiction (even in China and Saudi Arabia), it is only, ever, a matter of time until it is up again. This was in our opinion the right thing to do- as people looking for help, need to seek it- from people qualified to give it. As I have indicated, many times, we always do this. All our sections carry appropriate disclaimers about our expertise. However, I have taken Shy’s point on-board, and I have made such organisations clearly signposted in the ‘Registering as a Sexual Offender‘ section. Shy is, as usual, unaware that some of our readers have (do and will) attended the very organisations she refers to. Well, so do you and the tabloids, Shy - but that aside ... again, I have taken Shy’s comments into account. I have modified the image, so as to protect the (now much older) L’s identity - although, the event is still recognisable. It is a sad indictment, of our times, that I feel compelled to do so, with such a beautiful, loving and happy image, because I can imagine some seedy, Phoenix-induced journalist turning up on my friend’s doorstep for an interview. Nigel Oldfield seems unaware of the harm he causes to anyone, If the truth hurts, do not listen and/or participate - it is that simple. Phoenix (and many direct and indirect accomplices) have, arguably (and definitely, in some cases), contributed to the deaths of many men (and the destruction of families) in the last three years (which, incidentally, they gloat and joke about on their website - evidence available, if required). Please do not question my humanity, until you have cleansed the mirror of your anger and deceit. or just doesn't care You will see how much I care in the next few years. and we hope he will take this respite, to seek the help he clearly still needs- to stop it. How very odd - perhaps Shy would like to point me to such a person? I will, gladly, meet them - anytime, anywhere. I would be delighted to meet them in the public domain (choose any form of media you like). Of course, Shy seems to be oblivious to the fact that I have gone through all the assessment procedures already, stating exactly what I state on MBS? (and more).
