For almost three years, Mad, Bad or Sad? supported thousands of people, worldwide, in their journey through human sexuality and other medicolegal issues. With numerous bona fide direct and similar links, MBS? provided the primary archive on contemporary medical, legal and general information, and active discussions, in these areas. Originally created to collate my research, following a criminal offence, it developed into a repository of historical and contemporary materials, and discussions, around many areas of legal and medical interest, particularly related to human sexuality. It was also the initial focus behind the ongoing scandal which was (and always will be, for many), that of Operation Ore.

There is nothing illegal within Critical Estoppel, in any civilised jurisdiction. There are emotive, contentious and sensitive discussions and materials. If you are unable, or if you choose not, to consider the truth, then I wish you well and suggest you visit somewhere else.

I welcome all readers to CritEst - the fight for truth, humanity and justice continues.

Monitoring 'Sex Offenders' - Mission Creep 1

6/2/07
"Mr Reid said: "We already have probably the toughest regime in Europe for identifying sex offenders, keeping them on a register and protecting our children on the internet. But although we are strong, we have to keep ahead of the game and I want to bring in stronger, broader powers to protect our children.""

13/12/06
"Mr Reid told the Task Force on Child Protection on the Internet there was "no higher purpose" for government, "than to protect children.""

History
"The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation." - Adolf Hitler (Ralph Manheim translation)

3/2/07
 "There are many assumptions and
misconceptions surrounding these cases."

So, why was the public research base and forum down again? Who would want to remove the truth around these issues? The story will be reported here

Some time ago, a UK-based survivors' group, instigated an unfounded attack against the credibility of the Director and WebManager of MBS? and other innocent readers and contributors. The story is reported here
